Partnering volunteer "fixers" with residents to repair broken household items, this annual event is modeled after Fixers Fair held across the country.
Moorestown's first held three years ago was a great success - Fixing items from lamps and guitars to bikes and engines.
- Need lawn tools sharpened? - Does the small appliance not working correctly? - Jewelry clasp or chain broken? - Clothing repaired or hemmed? - Bike chain loose?
All these items can be looked at by our volunteers to hopefully keep them from ending up in a landfill.
